Looking for a housemate in a spacious, beautiful living room with plenty of sunlight!

We are looking for two women to stay in a master room for two people:)
 
*Coles 5 minutes, Korean Mart 1 minute, Flagstaff Station 3 minutes, Victoria Market, Melbourne Central 10 minutes,
Tram stop No. 30 is right near my house, and tram stop No. 86 is 5 minutes away

 

*Private and resident-only tennis courts, outdoor BBQ, indoor luxury swimming pool with no weather restrictions, gym
 
*Latest washing machine, latest dryer, microwave, oven, rice cooker, beverage refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, kitchenware, individual bed, wardrobe, storage cabinet, bed table, Wi-Fi, private key
 
- Double occupancy, master room $260 per week (including bill)
One woman available for move-in on September 16
One woman available for move-in on October 16

 

- 2-week notice, 2-week deposit, minimum 3 months
- Kapac available +$50 per week
 
A city life that is quiet and relaxed yet comfortable is possible:)

The living room is open and comfortable, with a nice view~~

A total of 5 people live here, including a 1-year-old retriever and a 3-year-old Groodle puppy living together
