With 2 beds and 2 baths, the master room currently houses a Korean couple and the second room has an international couple. If you move into a single living room, a total of five people will live in the house. The layout is a bit different from other homes, and since the living room is very large, the living room space is very large and it doesn't feel crowded. Since this is a house that keeps everything clean together, it's tidy like a home and welcomes those who want to live like family. We take turns cleaning together. The house is very well maintained and the atmosphere is nice.
The kitchen area is spacious so you can cook comfortably.
Feel free to use kitchen items at home like frying pans, pots, plates, and cups.
There are two refrigerators, so there should be plenty of room for things.
This house offers a panoramic view of Marvel Stadium and Dockland Harbour in the background.
The Marvel Stadium vacant lot looks beautifully overhead.
On weekdays, compared to the crowded city, the scenery is much quieter and more relaxed, and sometimes famous singers perform concerts at Marvel Stadium, so we sometimes party and have fun together on the balcony.
Don't underestimate the living room. It has a sofabed, wardrobe, desk, chair, bookshelf, stand, and even a built-in TV.
Even so, the space is spacious enough to stretch out the yoga mat and do yoga comfortably, almost like a room.
If you have a Netflix account, you can connect and use the service.
The advantage of a private living room is that it has multiple windows, so the city view looks really beautiful, and you can fall asleep while looking at the Dockland Harbour Bridge through the side window.
