Number of positions: IZAKAYA DOMO1 - Japanese Restaurant Hall Supervisor 1 person


We are looking for an experienced Japanese restaurant hall supervisor at Izakaya DOMO 1, located in Melbourne CBD.
Tax Job only in casual positions.
The workweek is 38 hours including weekends (work must be possible on weekends), and working hours can be adjusted through negotiation.

Application Requirements

• RSA is a requirement for this role

• PR/Citizen Only
 
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced restaurant; with a strong understanding of food & beverage service.
 
• Demonstrated experiencing in training FOH staff on sales & service procedures.
 
• Ability to confidently operate a POS system and handle transactions accurately.
 
• Strong upselling skills and a passion for creating great customer experiences.
 
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
 
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
 
 
 
hourly wage

• $36.81 + super per weekday hourly (negotiable during interview based on experience and ability)

• Weekend: Legal weekend hourly wage rate applied + super

• Public Holiday: Legal holiday hourly rate applied + super
 
 
Working Hours

• 38 hours per week
