We are looking for someone with experience to join us as a Japanese restaurant hall manager at Izakaya DOMO 1, located in Melbourne CBD.
Full Time positions are Tax Job only.
Including weekends, the workweek is 45 hours (weekends must be available), and working hours can be adjusted through negotiation.

Izakaya DOMO1 is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to support daily operations and lead the front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality who thrives in busy and high-pressure environments.
 
 
Key Responsibilities

* Deliver and maintain excellent customer service at all times
* Lead, supervise, and train front-of-house staff to company standards
* Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations during service
* Handle customer feedback, complaints, and problem-solving professionally
* Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and food safety
* Monitor staff performance, workflow, and service quality
* Assist with opening and closing duties as required
* Work closely with kitchen and management to ensure a seamless guest experience
* Remain calm, organised, and efficient in busy and stressful environments

Requirements
 
* At least 2 years of Supervisor experience in a premium, fast-paced restaurant with a strong understanding of food & beverage service
* Valid RSA Certificate
* Ability to confidently operate a POS system and handle transactions accurately
* PR/Citizen Only
 
 
 
Pay

• Full Time : $85k~$90k + super
 
 
Working Hours

• 45 hours per week
