According to the recent Shanghai-based daily newspaper Xinwen Xinbo, contestant number 15 (pictured above) won the awards ceremony for the '28th International Model Contest China Finals' held in Shenzhen. However, online comments continued to evaluate her appearance, such as "She looks quite old and chubby," and "She can win the modeling contest even though she's not slim," ,,, and also expressed doubts about the judging process, such as "I just can't understand why she won." "It's suspicious," and "It should be disclosed whether the rules were followed," expressing doubts about the judging process. The organizing committee told local media, "The person in charge is ill and cannot participate in the interview," and added, "We will explain later," while one judge said, "We haven't seen the scores," further fueling the controversy. However, the committee only released an explanation the next day , stating, "Contestant number 15 was the winner of the married women's division," and "There were also children's and boys' divisions in the competition." They added, "The actual winner was participant number 37," and explained, "The trophy was given incorrectly due to staff negligence." That's truly a Chinese explanation!! Even if she was a wife, that doesn't make her look like a model,,, she wouldn't even be accepted in the preliminaries!!!!!!
